File sync has been improved in DNN 3.3.6/4.3.6, I recommend to upgrade ASAP due to security issues.

Leupold,

Thanks for your help!  I was able to generate a list of folders by following your instructions.  I notice that I have a lot of folders ending in double '//'s.  What does that signify and if it is a problem, how do I correct it?

remove the doubled // at the end, so that all folders except the root end with an /

Right - after fixed all the above mentioned problems I am still getting a JavaScript error on the page. It is saying "Object doesn't support this property or method" - when I use Firefox I am getting loads of JavaScript errors but the one that is stopping the File Manager working is:

Error: dnn.controls.initTree is not a function
Source File: http://www.thepropertyinvestmentshop.com/Admin/FileManager/tabid/46/Default.aspx
Line: 1154
