Over the last few days, a site I manage has slowed to a crawl. I got an emal from my ISP this morning informing me the sql server was getting hammered. They also included the processes that are doing it (shown below):

-------------------------
Yes it apepars your site is using quite a bit of SQL CPU power suddenly.
You may want to see if you made any changes recently. We are talking about pegging dual P4 cpus at 100% for close to a minute each time these queries run. Here is what queries were running at the last capture we got about 5 minutes ago:

indousnefl.dbo.GetFolderPermissionsByFolderPath;1
indousnefl.dbo.UpdateBannerViews;1
indousnefl.dbo.GetDocumentsSettings;1
indousnefl.dbo.GetModulePermissionsByModuleID;1
-------------------------

I'm planning to upgrade from 4.3.2 to 4.3.5 today and hopefully this will fix this. Anyone have any ideas?

Unfortunately, upgrading to 4.3.5 won't help with this.  These are issues in performance that are currently being addressed and will be much better in DNN 4.4 (the performance release).

For now, the free PageBlaster may help.
