Hello all,

Ok I'll begin this msg as I do with most of my posts on this forum - please accept my apologies if this has been covered in a previous post, I did do a search and can't seem to find anything related (even though this seems like a common problem).

So I want to put some <META> tags in the "Page Header Tags" box, you know, SEO stuff, keywords, etc...

It seems that I have to use this field, rather than modifying the .ascx file itself, because when I view the source on IE, those tags I put directly in the .ascx are not there.

My problem is that this field doesn't allow me to put that much info in, I have just about enough space to put one tag in there!  I've got to be missing something but I don't know what - I suppose I could change the length of the field in the database and update it manually via SQL, but that doesn't seem right.

How do the rest of y'all handle SEO via META tags?   Thanks!!

Dear All,

I think I'm experiencing the same problem. When I need a page header tag greater than 500 char, not only it is not allowed but also the whole page is broken and I have to remove it a do it again from scratch.

I'm using DNN 4.5.3

Xavier Hernandez
