In myfolder.ascx I drop a label:

<dnn:label id="plEmailField" runat="server" controlname="emailField" suffix=":">

<asp:TextBox ID="emailField" runat="server">

and I create resources file Editmyfolder.resx :Name :plEmailField.text || content :Enter your Email.

But while I run module myfolder.ascx,text in Label name"plQuestionField"(in situation is"enter your name")is not visible?Why.Someone help me fix problem.

And can you help what "controlname" mean???

You're very close.  In your resource file, try changing the name to plEmailField.Text you have .text

This is an XML file and is, therefore, case sensitive.

The controlname is really just a reference so you know what it's mapping to when viewing your code in html view.  It won't break anything if you leave it off.
