The Annonucements module works fine on my parent portal, but I get the following error on all child portals. Anyone have any ideas why?

This is announcements version 03.03.05

i cannot reproduce this, the fact that this error occurs in DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage.BindData seems to suggest that it's not the announcement module that is causing this...
