untill this is solved, i'd suggest you downgrade the module to the pre 3.3 version  (the version that is included in dnn 3.2.2 / 4.0.3 does not include templating system)

if you dont have announcements in your site, just delete the current module and install the old version

I think i know how to solve this, but i've not even started yet with the next version....

I have the same problem and I think can't be fixed in this version. I am using old announcements module without any problems.

I've been thinking a bit more about this, and the problem is clear now. In the Turkish language, the i and the I are two different characters. Because of the way we are parsing templates, using uppercase tokens, and also using the uppercase tokens in code, there is a problem with fieldnames containing a lowercase i.

Changing culture will not help, other solutions are being looked at. Please feel free to offer your options ;)
