This is very scary indeed. I just completed moving around 10 sites to a new server and just as Im putting the final touches on the last site... BOOM!!!! No admin can manage site settings on any portal in the install!

Yes the host account can still save changes but I would like to allow the users of each portal to be able to manager their settings WITHOUT being a SuperUser.

I have seen a few posts returned by ol' Goolge but none have a solution that has worked for me.... and most are for older versions.

Any ideas on what has gone wrong and how to fix it?!?!?

Shortly after making the first post I discovered this was caused by a decimal in the hosting fee field on the portal. If i use a whole number or no entry at all the sites work fine. As soon as I put in x.xx it breaks. Looks like a small bug that should be easy to fix and very easy to work around unless you are depending on the hosting fee holding decimal numbers.
