I want to install  dnn3.3.6 in my hostting, it is win2003
when I starting to install first it inastall  the db after it try to install the modules and then make portal but in this stage it has error. after it I insert the record in portalalias table,then I can view my site but without any content then I login with host username,at this time I try to install new modules for example html module but it has error and failed to install. my asp.net and network service account has full permission.

this is the error that happened when I try to install new module:

ExceptionSystem.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path "G:\". at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String str) at System.IO.Directory.InternalCreateDirectory(String fullPath, String path) at System.IO.Directory.CreateDirectory(String path) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateModuleFile(PaFile File, PaFolder Folder) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateFiles(PaFolder Folder) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.Install(PaFolderCollection folders) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()

I think this error is for permission but my asp.net and network service account has full permission.
Is there any one familier with this error?

HI

yesterday I search this error on the google and find it in another hostting

that hostting's support say this error is for thw microsoft function for creat directory go to the first part of the path and check is it valid or not and in this case beacuse in shared hostting asp.net have no permission for root of directory for examlpe G:\ in my error that error happened. that hostting therefor use the old microsoft function for this problem.
I can't findding any selution for this error yet.
