Hi! I'm having some troubles with the Survey module.
I just updated my DNN 4.3.4 to 4.3.6.

Using the Suvery 3.0 I've got the message "Submit incomplete"
I've installed the 4.0.2 and it crashed my portal with the following:

Compilation Error

Compiler Error Message: BC30560: 'DataProvider' is ambiguous in the namespace 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey'.

I've managed deleting two DLL files from the bin directory (DotNetnuke.Modules.Survey.dll DotNetnuke.Modules.Survey.SqlProvider.dll)

Now I've everything installed but I still get: "Submit incomplete"

The error is still present after replacing the module and have rebuilt the survey.

I'm sorry, I was inexact in my previous post. The error description is:
The survey is incomplete. Please complete and resubmit.

I'm using a list of options with single choice and no "correct" answers.
