   I tried a lot think but I cannot resolve that problem. You can realize this issue as simply;

Select Turkish (Turkey) Language under Host menu than click Add. You have tr-TR language for your site. Then You will see image issues when you use Rich Text editor. I know what is the problem,

if I use en-US

if I use tr-TR
http://www.gezium.com/providers/htmleditorproviders/ftb3htmleditorprovider/ftb3/ımages/insertdate.gif

I marked tr-TR issue with red.

Turkish letter is ı->I and i->İ they are differences from us-EN. not as i->I

So I have a big problem But I dont understand why when I use e-mail sending function with tr-TR I cannot send, When I change my sites locale to en-US everything is ok. I am not test other functions with this issue.

Please tell me how can I solve my issue.

Have you considered using the FCKEditor - I know it's ML functionality is pretty good.
