Hello David,

I had the same issue.

I figured it was something odd, and it turns out that seems to be the case.

I'm not sure what the reason is, but if I right click in Windows Explorer and choose Extract All... the prompt occurs.  If I double click to open the ZIP and copy the contents out, the prompt does not occur.

Something odd seems to be set in the ZIP, but I haven't looked to see what it is.

(For reference, I'm using WinXP Pro SP2.)
