Can anybody recommend a good task management module for DNN 4.3.X for an IT dept?

My criteria:

a) ESSENTIAL - List tasks in any order I like.
b) Have priority displayed next to them, e.g. low, medium, high.
c) have status next to each task (open, closed, on hold)
d) Click on a task which will show start date, end date, title, issue description and summary and resolution info.
e) Easy and quick to use (I don't need huge amounts of functionality).
f) Ability to assign a DNN user to a task that I have logged.

Like to have (not required):

g) Ability to allow a DNN user to log a pending task that I assign and approve.
h) Automated email.
i) Reporting.
j) Ability to relate tasks to each other.
