I am interested in customizing some of the aspects of the layout/look of the blog module but am not sure as to where this should be done.  I tried changing the DesktopModules\Blog\ViewBlog.ascx file, but after refreshing the page containing the blog in my browser, the changes were not shown.  I want to hide the "more..." link, turn off nowrap for table cells, and move the date above the title and make it bold.  Is the ascx file the appropriate place to make these changes?  If so, why don't the changes show up on the site when viewed in a browser?

thanks in advance for any help
