I just installed DNN 3.3.7, but can not figure out how to create a child portal. Nowhere do I see a 'Portal' or 'Host' menu item as described in any docs, and in Nina's video. Is it somewhere else in 3.3.7? Or am I just not configured properly to allow child portal creation?

TIA
