one of my clients who is admin on the portal reports that he cannot upload files ("you do not have permission") and some areas in module menus are not available to him.

This is in a site which was recently upgraded to 4.3.6 after sitting at 4.3.5 for about a week. I thought I had all the kinks out but this is a new twist.

There is disk space, and admin privs in file manager are not altered - uneditable and enabled for both read and edit on all folders.

This happened to anyone else? Is this a residual effect from the problems of 4.3.6? How can I fix?

Thanks -
