As explained here and elsewehere, download the free Locopon module DSlocaliser and buy the Apollo modules. Both of them will help you in building your multi-language portal.

One is useful to show/hide modules based on language, the others are useful to localise content of module (Annoucement, survey, HTML, FAQ etc...)

To my knowledge, it is not possible, excepted by programming it yourself.
Try Locopon and buy Apollo modules, they are just perfect !!!
I have built my website with them, it just work perfectly...

if you coose to use the Apollo localization solution, you need to buy the pageLocalization module for ML Page titles, names and descriptions. Which other modules you need depends on your content, you can also combine MLHTML, MLAnnouncements (or MLAdvAnnouncements), MLSurvey and MMLinks (from Locopon).
