Hi,

I've read through the documentation, but not really sure if this can be done ( still a newbie to all of this ).
In the Upload screen you can select a file.  Is there anyway to select a file that might already be in the File Manager?  Basically I want to use the Repository, but I also need to make available the file for a direct call (www.mysite.com/file.zip), I can't think of away to do this since the Repository uses a SALT which would confuse my users if they tried to do a direct download.  Any ideas on how I can do this?  I was thinking about using a Link instead of a download, but there are several other files I need to use the Repository as it now (not linked to from another site).

Any idea how I can mix the two?

Best Regards,
Ben

Do you use Oracle?  Then try GoldFish.Net

Get it from CNET Download.com!

At this point you can't select a file that already exists but it is one of the enhancements that has been asked for.

Great news...

This would really opens it up to all sort of other applications and makes the repository much more usable.

Cheers!
