Hi there, let me explain my problem.

I have developed a website for someone in DNN (334), using FTB3.0 in the HTML/Text module. When I installed the site on the production webserver, where there are other DNN sites as well, I ran into a problem with the image gallery. It seemed as though it was attempting to access an intitial directory of 's/0' which put it deep in the ftb provider directory, and such a directory did not exist. After countless attempts debugging, I decided to upgrade the provider to the FCK editor.

With the FCK editor I immediately ran into the same issue. I have included the debug information below, after some tweaking (changing the options to 'Include full Directory', but now I cannot get the original incorrect path of 's/0' back) the directory has changed slightly but still remains incorrect. I would appreciate if anyone could point me in the direction of where the folder properties might come from (be set) so I could resume the search without proding around in the dark.

I would appreciate any suggestions from anyone,

Stephen O'Brien

Change your web.config settings for the editor back to the default setting for the options to 'Include full Directory'
This is a known problem and is fixed for the next version.
It is a problem when using a default image folder that is not the root folder.

See this post.

If you can recompile the provider, it should fix it up for you.

I appreciate your prompt response to my query.

I found that bug that you referred to, and recompiled.  There was one difference.  Because my portal is in a subdirectory of the web root named Portal there was an error because the String.Replace Method removes all occurrences.  I was forced to change it to replace [ApplicationPath] & "/" with "/" this limited the replace in my case to simply the apppath and not the "Portals" directory as well.

After that all was well.  Thanks a bunch,

Steve
