I have the Team edition of VS2005 installed, and after I dbl-click on the DotNetNuke.vscontent file in the StarterKit and install the new templates, they don't appear on the File->New->Website page. What have I done wrong?

When I look at the details of the "installation", is says the appropriate ZIP file was copied into "C:\Documents and Settings\MyUsername\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Templates\Item Templates\Visual Basic\Skin.zip" (i.e. for the DNN Skin one). Is there something else?

I figured it out. I had to change the language dropdown from C# to VB. The installation guide doesn't say anything about which language you should have selected (though the image shows "Visual Basic"). This document should be updated to reflect this, as it is, it appears that the template was never installed...
