I'm planning on keeping my DNN3.2.2 site running on .NET 1.1 but I'm wondering if the upgrade to 2005 is really all that helpful from a DNN perspective.  Any thoughts?

I'm too poor for anything other than the community version

You cannot develop DNN3 modules with VS2005. Use either ASP1.1, VS2003 and DNN3 or ASP 2.0, VS2005 and DNN 4
