If you have web application projects installed, you will want to uninstall it first. It will save you an hour of this thing attempting to install only to tell you that and then abort!

Jason - how do you uninstall web application projects? I know it is installed out but I don't see it as a feature if I run Add/Remove Features through Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

It was in my add/remove programs. Perhaps you have an earlier beta. My version was like RC1 or something. VS SP1 was a real pain to install. It takes several hours and I had to do it 3 times. One time it crashed, and the other it just failed because it told me WAP needed to be removed after 2 hours of installing.
