I cannot figure out how to edit some things here. I want the ability to change the name of "Description" and the ability to enter in different guidlines and such. thanks.

You'll need to make the changes in the [DNN_Install_Dir]\Desktop Modules\Repository\Templates\[TemplateName]\App_LocalResources\form.ascx.resx

I did as you said, it didn't change whats on the site. I guess I have to delete the module, make the changes before installing.. I dont know?.

That should work just fine unless you either edited the wrong template. need to force a refresh of the page (CTRL-F5), or clear the site cache (under Host Settings)
