Hi,

I am considering upgrading from 4.0.2 to 4.4.0. However in the 4.4.0 download package I cannot find any "release notes". How can I see which version numbers of modules are included in the latest framework? Also, it would be great to know what is new and changed from earlier versions.

thanks, oling

The changelog is available through gemini: http://support.dotnetnuke.com/project/ChangeLog.aspx?PROJID=2

AFAIK there's no list of modules and their versions included in each distribution. Thats easy enough to find out though: if you unpack DNN, look in the folder /install/modules/ to find out what modules and versions are included

NB: a new version in 4.4.0 is the on demand installation of modules. Most modules will have the .resources extension, which means they will not be installed during installation of DNN, but can be installed later on by a host user through the module definitions page

NB2: the dnn upgrade zip file does not contain any modules at all...
