Hi All,
I've managed to install and get up and running ver 3.3.5 on my local box and in the process I noticed that I had to upgrade the permissions for the aspnet account to read/write/modify for the directory that dnn was in.  Is there a way to install w/o upgrading the account?  I ask because I would like to use dnn on my shared hosting server but I do not have the rights to modify access to certain directories and I don't think the sys admins will grant my request.  Thanks!

the Aspnet or Nework account does perform all necessary upgrade steps and therefore needs the create/modify/delete permissions in the installation folder.
