I just installed DNN 4.4.0. I 'm trying now to install the templates from the starter kit. Installation is successful. The Zip files are well copied to the template directory. The C# Module is in ...\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ItemTemplates\Visual Web Developer\CSharp\Module_CS.ZIP.

I start Visual Studio. No way to find that thing in my Visual Studio, nor in the projects, nor in the items.

I'm using VS 2005 Team Edition for SD 8.0.50727.42.

Any Idea ?

I had the same issue, not sure why. But try copying the file from the Web Developer folder to the Visual Studio folder (I think that's where it went) That worked for me.
