I'm using DNN4 on JodoHost and am not having success configuring SMTP Authentication to enable relaying emails to be sent from DNN.  I know that my Outlook only works when set to Port 587 and suspect my DNN installation isn't looking at the correct port...and do not know how to configure it with the Host Settings>SMTP Server Settings.  Any help?

To use a non-default port, append it after the SMTP host with a colon.

SMTP Host:   mail.mymailserver.net:587

Thanks for the reply.  I've tried appending Port 587 based upon discussions in other posts found in the forums but get this error when I TEST...

Error: Host Settings is currently unavailable.

I also have this problem but with a different error (and I'm using DNN 4.00.03).

my.mailDomain.com:587 doesn't work in dotster, but it works great through outlook using the same settings:
