Hello everyone,

has anyone resolved the "Scheduler Exception" problem? In addiction I can tell you, that this problem causes a wrong counting of UsersOnline (in fact it stops counting), and from about 60 - 100 users online you have 2-6 guests online and 0 Users online after few minutes from "Scheduler Exception" error. I cleaned up any possible tables from database, and... after 1 day I have same the same problem again. But I suspect, that the "Scheduler Exception" may be caused by using  a several sessions (with different logins) from one computer at the same time. What do you think about it?

I use the 440 version upgraded directly from 311.

Regards, Karol.

PS. Sorry for my bad English - I'm still learning:)

Hi! I have one another question: is possible to completely disable function "Retain Schedule History"? When I'm setting it to "None" history is still created. For me history of 'purge users online' is not necessary - I can live without it. But I can't live without proper UsersOnline counting - before upgrade I had 50 - 100 users online, now it is 6-12. It's shame! You know what I mean. Please help - how to really disable history in schedules.

Thanks! Karol.

Turns out that running those scripts to clear the tables out wasn't actually working, but I never found that out until I went into the db using Enterprise Manager. More on that in this thread here.

I also noticed that changing something in the sheduler section, such as disabling the search indexer, would not actually stop the task until I went to Host Settings and restarted the application. I don't know if that's by design, but I suspect it might also have been the stuck threads issue from my other thread.

Try restarting, disabling and restarting again and see if it works.

Rob
