Hi,

Is it possible to track/save/show the IP address of a user posting in the forums. In some cases we might have users who might have registered the site with more than one verified email address or even come back after being banned with a new email address, it would be really helpfull for our moderators if they can see the Users IP can ban all their logins and not authorize any new users with the same IP address. Currently we are using DNN 03.03.07

Thanks

The module already gives you the ability to see a users IP address. Its under General Settings (I forget the setting name right now). The options are To All Users, To Admin Users, To None.

Now, that being said there is nothing that can automatically change this in the module. Also, the registration/authentication for a user is completely seperated between the module and the CORE DNN.
