John M,

One way around this limitation is to have all your child portals actually use the same portal.

Could you explain a bit on how to do the above?

thanks,
mikez

Sorry I missed this earlier, I have been spending more time at My Support Forums for DotNetNuke recently.
Feel free to ask questions there if you can't find answers here.

What I did requires a navigation system that will allow you to only display specific tabs and their children.  I used the Snapsis CSS NavMenu for this.

Then I just assigned different skins to the pages for the look of each different site and included only the navigation for those sites.

John:

Well, that couln't be any simpler. Seems funny why you would use Snapsis CSS NavMenu , though ;).

P.S. How do you redirect the URL to the subpage on the site. Is this done through SiteURLs?

Thanx again, I really appreciate all assitance.

Thanx

L Douglas
