What were the circumstances?  What actions had you performed?  (i.e. just loaded the module to a page, set it up, and tried to access...)

Well... It works now.  This error must have been related to a permissions issue we had solved recently.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

do you know what solved the problem? I'm getting the same error message when trying to access the settings for a newly added events module.

I believe there is a image file in the Install PA called "smallcalendar.gif" that is installed in the DNN\images folder.  If you update the PA DNN install file and eliminate this file, the install should work correctly.
