Adjust your Host Accounts profile so that it has a full name.

I am having same issue.  Logged in with portal admin rights, full names are in for both host account and the admin account.  It is pulling in the email.  Full name text box is disabled so can't even type in a name.  Using articles skin, repository version 3.01.10.

When logged in as host or admin click on the Username to look at the account details. On that screen click on Manage Profile and make sure there's a First and Last name there.

interesting,,, that worked.

I would make a suggestion that that full name be taken from the user information, not the profile, as I know my users would probably not fill in their profile,,, and like me, would assume that my name would come from when I registered.  Profile info isn't required, but first and last name is to register.

thanks.
