Hello,

I search a module (commercial or not) for making a kind of directory of links like this page: http://www.pixel63.fr/annu/index.php (or something similar). Do you have any idea ?
In addition, the title/description must present the hits (number of people who have click on the link).

Thanks for all your suggestion.

Hi DV. I have purchased the business directory module from iBuySpySolutions.com for the local businesses page on my website. It is very flexible. You can edit it very easily to make it more custom. You can't delete fields but can set them to hidden if you don't want to show them. It has the folder icons - I changed mine to wedding bands. You can also have it display the number of people who have clicked on the link (I have mine to hidden, but it would be shown under the listing number). You can also set the module up to not show the details if you don't need all of the fields, so then the business name wouldn't link to the detail page. They also have a job module we used on a different website and it is great. Good luck!

skinjerski,

That's sounds VERY interesting !!! Could you please be a little more specific. Does your home page entirely built with this module ONLY (or another one)? I mean the menu, left part:

Wedding Tools

Find Wisconsin Wedding Vendors Find Wedding Vendors
Wisconsin Bridal Shows Wisconsin Bridal Shows
Wedding Articles Wedding Articles
wedding checklists Wedding Checklists
Enter our Wedding Contest Wedding Contests
Our Wedding Space
FREE Wedding Planner
Enter our Wedding Contest Bride of the Month
Enter our Wedding Contest Sign Our GuestBook!

is only done with business directory ??
and the page Wisconsin bridal shows is also done with business directory ???
Is it easy to use ??

On the ibuyspysolutions.com website, it is not so clear what can do what ! It seems they are also moving their website, I am a little lost... On their store, http://www.dotnetjedi.com/, it seems that you have several modules which do the same !! business card, classified standard edition, resume manager, etc... Is there any difference, do you know more than this or should I contact them, what do you think ??

For the home page with all of the links, I just used a html module and added these links with the images and "displayed module on all pages". The local business page is done with the ibuyspy business directory module. On the bridal show page I used a module I found on SnowCovered for "Events" and edited it a little bit to make it look like I wanted it. Yes, I forgot ibuyspysolutions and www.dotnetjedi.com are intertwined. I don't remember which one I purchased it from but it is the same company. They have a few directory modules, but the are different: resume, classifieds, real estate, job board and the business directory one I used. The difference is the form fields you have to fill out, and the information and title fields displayed. It just depends what you are looking to do. You can view all of the demos on their website, and if you have any questions they are usually pretty quick to respond. I emailed them a few times already. I think I answered all of the questions above, if I missed something just let me know.
