It has not been released yet. It has just entered the testing phase of the release process this morning.

You can view the project blog for the fix. It was detailed their a few months back.

I have had several reports that you will have to break the statement up into two to get it to work. Others have not had a problem. Not sure what the catalyst is for working / not working but this query does work.
