I installed Reports module with no problems, however now DNN will not run at all. I get the error:

My DNN is hosted on a site that only supports MEDIUM TRUST, is this the problem? Can anyone assist please.

Medium Trust is not the issue. You are not running a version of DNN that is not supported by the Reports module. Which version of the core are you running?

Current version is 4.0.3

I could manually upgrade to 4.3.6 as one of the guys at my host has provided 4.3.6 modified for medium trust. (just need to work out how to do the upgrade :)

The Reports module requires 4.3.x or higher so you will have to upgrade to use this module. All versions of DotNetNuke should be compatible with medium trust, so you shouldn't need a modified version. You may want to try a 4.4.x version as it is the most recent. As far as how to proceed with the upgrade, I would make a backup of your Database and Files before attempting it. If you have any questions or problems during the upgrade, post them in the "Install It!" forums, people there are happy to help, just try to give them as much info as possible.
