OK, I am on a rented server, and I am no where even close to maximum diskspace usage yet. I am confused. Site has been running just great.

If God does not live in Colorado, I bet he visits there a lot!!

Have your ISP/Host look into this error.  It is saying that the asp.net framework cannot create the temporary files it needs.

Yep, they did, and they had a problem. Website is backup, only took them a hour to fix the problem.

Thanks for all the feedback and help guys!
