i upgrade to 4.5 but it didn't work ,i could use my backup ,now my assembly version is 4.4.1 and database version is again 4.5.

my site is up but i can not go to host setting

It looks like you have a stored procedure that was not updated. 

If you have a version you could roll back to, IE have a database and file backup, that might be the best course of action.

yes i have a version to roll back,how can i use IE backup for database?

He meant I.E. (Id Est) as in "For Example, if you have a backup of all the files and the database.".

I had a sql backup which my backup module had created that, but in this case, even my module does not work! And I could not restore my database!
 I think I have to build up my site again!! How can I restore my data? DNN is not reliable anymore !!:(
