I am new to DotNetNuke and having a problem with the starter kit install.

When I build the website and go through the steps I get to the "Run Database Installation Scripts" and the page sits there with no text generating inside the window.

I am using IE7 on a Windows XP Pro SP2 machine and IIS5.

Please help

Thanks in advance for any help on this!

i have circumvented this problem by choosing the 3rd option (Auto) and skipping the Installation Wizard.

Doh!

That is exactly the issue, even presented in the VWD "Welcome" screen...

When your web browser loads the initial Installation screen, you must choose the Auto Installation option to successfully complete the process.

$th time through and I STILL didn't read it correctly.
