I don't know it will solve your problem but at least it will do no harm. When you read my SQL statement (it's from 4.5.3) I sended and at least compared it with your statement you see it's DNN 4.5.3 (and I think 4.5.5 too) compliant.
Your question you stated did not imply that the indices are corrupted (or happened during the update when your provider make this advice).  However you can only get the answers what you precisely ask - all other is only a assumption!
