Hi!

I try to install DotNetNuke Version 4.8.0 from scratch on an 1&1 Windows Webhosting, using the install package (12/26/2007). The database still exists and I have made the changes in the web.config. The directory is configured as web application an the installation process starts, after I have requested the page the first time.

In the page, where the database should be configured, I have got this error:

Connection Error(s):
Index #: 0
Source: .Net SqlClient Data Provider
Class: 11
Number: 3701
Message: Cannot drop the procedure 'dbo231146267GetDatabaseVersion', because it does not exist in the system catalog.

Obviously the dot between the userId and the procedure name is missing (the procedure exists in the database). Unfortunately I cannot go through the installation with this error. Can anyone help?

I suggest to start again with a blank database.

this is usually caused by missing permissions of the database user. Please check your installation procedure.
