One thing to notice.

I installed all the new scripts using the DBO and not the user I am using in the web.config to connect to the db.

Is there a problem with this?

I'm not 100% sure what this is, but I've seen it before. I think you need to delete and re-create your database and remove and re-copy all the files from the web server. This is probably the easiest solution.

Hello Michael:

Now the application works fine.

But, still URL friendly Urls not working. I turned them off, to make the app work. But when I check this option in the Host Settings. Clicking on each link, would give you page not found. I have Siteurls.config in the root and in a folder called Config.
