Need help with http://www.iiscc.com/iiscc/ 

We are running a Dotnetnuke site and it was running just fine until very recently when we started receiving this error:

Did the trust level for your hosting environment change?

I did not change anything.
According to GoDaddy they never allowed medium trust, but the website has been working for three years!
Can you suggest a fix as my client's website has been dow for weeks! Thanks

Or perhaps Windows Server group policy (GPO) has changed for the server. Might help to recursively refresh file permisions as well for the whole website. Maybe it's even a firewall issue?

How ca I refresh the file permissions on GoDaddy?
