DNN 5.0.1 is still in development, there are a number of fixes to get included, before it is ready to be packaged, tested and released.

The bold folder is not present. I do not understand the comment in the Gemini tool. The error is referring to a ascx file in a path that is NOT present in the DNN 5.0 INSTALL package. Charles refers to a ascx file in a folder, but also that folder is currently not present in the DNN 5.0 INSTALL package...

The correct location is "DesktopModules\Admin\Portals\PortalAliases.ascx"

AND there should be no reference to a "Portal Aliases" module at all. Nothing in ModuleControls and no module in Modules.

"

Can version 5.1 already be downloaded to have them fixed?

5.0.1 is ready when it's ready (and I don't know when that will be yet), there are a lot of other issues to fix besides this one.

As to Charle's quotes, those comments were written in the Gemini issue tracker. If there is any response to be made for them please comment over there rather than over here (please tackle it from the source, it gets really confusing and other people are being referred to this issue).

Many thanks for your help...

Alex Shirley
