It says there are 8 replies to this but I only see my sebastian's one reply and my others. Does anyone else have any ideas here?  Any ideas at all??

I've seen this error before. Try changing the Trust level in your web.config from Full to Medium (the value is probably commented out)

I'm not positive that's the issue though, you might have a problem with the Ajax framework installed on your machine, perhaps the server has 3.5 enabled? If so try removing the system.web.extensions.DLL from the bin folder of the site.

Make sure you have a copy of that handy in case you want to put it back.
