 Hi Sebastian

 

i folowed your instruction and found the folowing error message, how can i fix this?

Failure Found multiple .dnn files in the zip file: MinimalExtropy.dnn and SampleWidget.dnn

Failure ExceptionSystem.Exception: File load failed, aborting at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.ReadZipStream() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install

Uzumaki you need to backup the SQL database (SQL Server) and files on the FTP server. That should be covered in other forums (not just DotNetNuke), please google.

joethio please start a new thread, state what version you upgraded, what you upgraded to, what you did etc.. What's in the event viewer... where you saw the error message etc.

i just recently upgraded my DNN 4.9.1 to 4.9.2...luckily i got no errors...but the thing is the user's online is not updated in realtime...maybe i missed something on the host settings?
