I am having this same problem since I am also running IIS on a different port ( 81 ). is there a solution for this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

ok, I just solved this by manually editing the HTTPAlias field in the table PortalAlias, but once I click on "Login" , I get a  The resource cannot be found. 404 error. The same happens for any other page stored on the server being accesed remotely.

I can still navigate without problems locally from the server though.

btw, I have a Configuration C: A LOCAL Single Server Running Both IIS and SQL, and the NETWORK SERVICE account has Full Control on the installation folder of DotNetNuke
