Hej Guys,

after Update from 4.9 to 5.1 I am missing the icons in the menu of the standard skin.

Any ideas?

System W2008, IIS7, MS-SQL

 Just to add my 2 cents to this thread.

I upgraded from 4.9 to 5.1

I have three portals.

All of the icons in the main portal's admin and host menus are broken. They all point to /Portals/0/????.gif

On a Child portal all the icons show except for the lists icon in the host menu. The icons that are working are pointing to the /images/ folder.

I am surprised this didn't show up during Beta testing.

On the Host > SQL page, try running the following:

UPDATE dbo.{objectQualifier}Tabs
SET    IconFile = REPLACE(IconFile, '~/images/', '/images/')
    ,  IconFileLarge = REPLACE(IconFileLarge, '~/images/', '/images/')
WHERE  IconFile LIKE '~/images/%'

Then go to Host > Host Settings and click Restart Application.

It did show up in beta testing.  It was fixed in the full install package, but must not have been included in the upgrade package for the final release.  I reported this quite some time ago in the beta testing forum.  They will probably make sure the fix makes it into the next upgrade package.  There is no work around for this that I'm aware of, but you can always add a display: none to the css for the menu icon class in your skin's css files.  Not sure about whether you can ftp any files from the main full package into your site to fix the problem, but maybe someone else would know how to do that if you just can't wait for the next upgrade.
