Sorry Rob, I am in the same situation and I am unable to help, in my instance the html module installation failed too, so they don't work.  I want to move to 5.1.4 to eliminate the spider messages as I'm stuck on SQL2000 for a little while; so won't be able to move to 5.2.n.

It looks like I'll be trying the install package next and merging the web.config manually.

My other concern with this issue is that surely it *must* have come up during a PE upgrade (or a previous PE upgrade fixed it) and it doesn't appear to have been fixed according to Gemini. So how have PE customers passed this point?

I just verified: you are unmoderated (though due to a bug in installed forums version, it states sth different).
