Hi!
I just upgraded my sites to 5.2.0, it went perfectly, but I noticed some weird behaviour in the Text/HTML module:

First when I loaded the page the text seemed to be OK, but when I reloaded it by pressing the link to the same page in the menu it replaced all the swedish letters å,ä and ö ( å , ä and &ouml ) to questionmarks (?). This behaviour seems only to appear in the Text/HTML module though.

Anyone else experience something similar?

/Jari

this is a known issue in 5.2.0, in module settings please set cache time to 0

It resolve the issue but if you use the 5.2 in production you dont have the caching performance improvments. You need also to change the cache back when next release is out. If you have a lot of pages the process to get it working is rather time consuming.

As the bug is fixed in the latest change set at codplex its rather easy to fix if you have the enviorment to compile the Library (dotnetnuke.dll)

I have done this and it works as expected. If someone needs the dll please let me know.

( A better solution: Make the dll avialable in this site to reduce the impact of the serious bug)

I assume, there will be a fixed version soon, but the release managers need to decide which fixes will be included (there are a few other serious issues logged as well).
