I downloaded the "5.4.0 - Version Upgrade" and i got the same error. I'm not running the source version of DNN. So i'm going to try to download the source version and copy over that dll to the 5.4.0 - Version Upgrade's bin since it seems to be missing.

Sebastian - thanks for the reply. I am upgrading from 5.01.04 to 5.04.04. The Telerik.dll file did not exist so I copied it from the install package to the /bin directory and updated the runtime webconfig reference. It appears that the upgrade package is missing this dll. I am now getting the following error: Server Error in '/' Application. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Source Error: An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Thanks! - Scott
