Hi, i am new using DNN.
I have VS 2008 , msSQL express
and just finished setting up a developer environment to create modules and i am stuck on the exact same problem.
Has anybody found a solution ?

Hey, me too!  Have had a DNN site running in production for over a year, but just installed the starter kit for the first time.  Gonna try to make me a module!

This is how I got around this error:

In \DesktopModules\XSDocumentLibrary\Components\FileUploader\NeatUpload, I changed the following two files by replacing the top (and only) line with what I have below:

MultiRequestUploadHanlder.ashx
<%@ WebHandler Language="C#" Class="XepientSolutions.Brettle.Web.NeatUpload.MultiRequestUploadHandler" %>

UploadStateStoreHandler.ashx
<%@ WebHandler Language="C#" Class="XepientSolutions.Brettle.Web.NeatUpload.UploadStateStoreHandler" %>

I figured this out by looking at the web.config in \DesktopModules\XSDocumentLibrary\Components\FileUploader.  Under <configSections>, it listed "Brettle.Web.NeatUpload", but with the "XepientSolutions." prefix.
